Yesterday I said, I'm done trading for the week that night I ate my words as I traded AUDJPY and GBPUSD both gave me a loss of -11.34 pips and -3.57 pips respectively.
This event happens to me more than not every time I deviate or ignore my trading discipline. There is always next time but giving back those pips always hurt the bottom line. Back to the drawing board and work at those weakness.
